Workers, Railyards residents, and 1000+ Sacramentans called on Sacramento City Council not to vote on the Railyards subsidy deal without a community benefits agreement. Now they have postponed the vote that was planned for October 27th to November 10th. Before Council votes, we need more affordable housing, an anti-displacement fund, good jobs, and a grocery store in the deal. Please join us on November 10th to tell City Council— community benefits, not corporate giveaways! We will gather at 4:30 pm before the meeting at 5. Council meetings often go until 9 or 10 pm.
