Yale: Pay Your Fair Share

To be real partners in rebuilding New Haven’s middle class, Yale must:

Help our city create world-class schools, build more affordable housing, and provide vital services by paying their fair share to New Haven.
Commit to a neutral and voluntary recognition process for workers seeking unionization instead forcing workers into processes that are controlled by Trump.
Settle fair contracts with unionized campus workers that set a middle class standard for our region.
Expand local hiring and training programs that give our residents access to good union jobs.

In 2023, New Haven lost over $108 million in revenue to Yale University and Yale-New Haven Hospital. If they paid their fair share, how would our city be different?
