*UPDATE Dec 2023! we are switching things up and taking the Homegrown strike picket line to the other Homegrown stores!*

On Monday, October 30, workers at the Redmond location of Homegrown sandwiches walked off the job in protest of the company’s firing of union leader Sydney Lankford that morning. Syd's firing came days after she spoke up at a union delegation to management. Workers at Redmond Homegrown (and Southcenter!) are now on strike until Syd gets her job back!
